A very special guest: Robert Pope

On May 7th 2025, the famous cartoonist and comic artist Robert Pope visited our school.
He taught us 6th graders how to draw cartoon characters, Snoopy for example.

The kids asked a lot of questions and he answered them. He drew for 40 years and worked for (Walt) Disney and Looney Toons and more. He couldn’t speak German very well so the kids helped him understand what the others said.

At the end of the day, Robert Pope gave the kids autographs and they thanked him for the fun time.
The experience was really fun and everyone loved it.
